Returns Policy:

Our returns policy at Mona Belle is this, Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used or altered. According to this Regulated Hygiene Law, ALL SALES OF MONA BELLE WIGS / HAIR EXTENSIONS ARE FINAL. Once opened, the hair can not be returned or exchanged for any reason.

We do our best to inspect all products before we ship them, so when you receive your package please inspect your extensions thoroughly. Check the texture, length and color matches exactly what you ordered before wearing them or trying them on. Used extensions can not be returned for refund or exchange (no exceptions). Please read the return policy thoroughly before making your purchase.

Altering the hair in any way is at your own risk, therefore please understand that you can not make a return or exchange once the hair has been altered. Altering includes bleaching, (co)washing, cutting, trimming, removing clips, toning, dying, coloring, hot water coloring, color depositing products, perming, chemical straightening, henna, swimming in chlorine water & more. No exceptions will be made.

Refunds Policy: 

There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns that will be automatically deducted. A refund will be issued to your original payment method after your return has been approved. Additional restocking fees may be applied under some circumstances. 

Order Cancellation Policy:

To cancel an order you have placed with, you must contact customer support by submitting the Contact Us form. 

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of original purchase date and only if your package has not been shipped.  Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel your order, there will be a $20 cancellation fee applied. 

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please provide your first and last name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
